Honda Motorcycles

Honda Motorcycles was established in the 1940’s. Honda's first motorcycle was the 1947 A-Type, but it was the 1949 Dream D-Type, equipped with a 98cc engine producing around 3 horsepower, that helped establish Honda as a household name.

Known for their performance, power, acceleration, ride quality, handling, braking, reliability, comfort, finish and quality, Honda Motorcycles continue to be a winner both on the track and on the road.

Honda’s racing activities are an important source for the creation of leading edge technologies used in the development of Honda motorcycles and they combine participation in motorcycle races throughout the world with the development of high potential racing machines.
