• The jacket and trouser of this 2-piece suit are designed and cut specifically to simulate the tailoringof the one piece race suit. Once connected, the dipped trouser waistline effectively eliminates uncomfortable bunching when seated.
• Leather construction using 1.3mm - 1.5mm premium grade cowhide.
• Heavy-duty 10 gauge connecting jacket waist zip to ensure secure waist connection.
• Reinforced seams using extra heavy thread and multiple row inseams.
• CE approved impact protectors fitted at knees, hips, elbows and shoulders.
• Lining pocket for insertion of back protector.
• Extensive double layered leather over the shoulder and upper arm, total wraparound elbow and forearm, wraparound hip and seat, leading down the thigh, the entire knee and shin right down the ankle.
• Race fit with pre-curved arms and legs.
• Half sized moulded speed hump pre-curved on the inside and made from lightweight foam.
• Wrap-around trouser waist stretch panel adapts effortlessly to various riding positions and a jacket side torso stretch panel facilitates easier breathing and torso expansion.
• Extensive ue of stretch kevlar fabric (inside arm, back of leg and around the neck) to enhance rider comfort and flexibility on the bike.
• Detachable lining - fully washable.
• Torso padding uses "memory foam" technology.
• High performance Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) knee sliders.
• Collar is shaped to allow freedom of movement at both back and front of neck.
