EBAY ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for an eBay Administrator to help develop our online sales.
The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of eBay along with excellent organisational and customer service skills.
Purpose
To achieve rapid growth in eBay sales.
Description
- Uploading items for sale on eBay
- Ensuring description and photos are accurate – taking photos and writing descriptions where required
- Entering feedback onto eBay
- Tracking goods and ensuring items dispatched correctly
- Packaging and dispatching items
- Dealing with returns and refunds
- Dealing promptly with all eBay telephone and email enquiries
Person Specification
- Strong working knowledge of eBay
- Good knowledge of internet, email and Microsoft applications
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Organised and methodical
- Good team player
- Able to work on own initiative, with appropriate support and guidance
- Accurate data input skills
- An interest in motorcycles would be an advantage
Hours of work
40 hours over 5 days
Salary and Benefits
£13,500 - £16,500
