Parts and Service Advisor

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our parts and service reception team. You will have excellent customer service skills along with proven sales ability. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage along with some technical knowledge of Motorcycles.

You will be a customer service champion and understand and buy into the importance of delivering exceptional customer service at all times

This is a high profile and demanding role that requires both a confident and professional approach.


  • Ensuring that all customers are our priority – you will welcome them into the department putting them at ease and ensuring that their requirements are met in a timely and professional manner
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries for both Parts and Service
  • Assisting with workshop diary bookings
  • Working closely with workshop to supply parts
  • Customer service follow up calls
  • Invoicing all completed jobs and processing payments
  • Assisting the team in all administration tasks
  • You will attend specific manufacture training courses where appropriate
Knowledge & Skills Required
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Confident outgoing personality along with a smart appearance
  • Reliable and flexible with a professional attitude
  • Organised and efficient
  • Good technical knowledge of motorcycles
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Good IT knowledge and skills

Salary / Hours of Work

  • 16,000 to 20,000 depending on skills and experience
  • 40 hours over 5 days
  • Working every Saturday with day off during the week


  • 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
