Location: Bridge Motorcycles, Exeter
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Hours: 40 hours per week across 5 days, including Saturdays

What You’ll Do
Welcome every customer with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
Create an exceptional buying journey from first enquiry to final handover.
Drive performance across unit sales, profit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
Proactively engage customers through walk-ins, calls, follow-ups, and online enquiries.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation using strong IT and organisational skills.
What You’ll Bring
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
A proven track record in target-driven retail sales (motor/motorcycle sales ideal).
Confidence, resilience, and a competitive but customer-focused mindset.
