Bike Night 2026: Three Nights, Hundreds of Bikes and a Fantastic Year of Supporting Devon Air Ambulance
As another Bike Night season comes to a close here at Bridge Motorcycles, we wanted to take a moment to look back on what has been another fantastic year of two-wheeled gatherings, great motorcycles, familiar faces and, most importantly, the continued support of a charity that means so much to the local motorcycling community: Devon Air Ambulance.
2026 was a particularly busy year for us, with a packed calendar of external events and activities meaning that we held just three Bike Nights here at the dealership. But, as ever, our riders and guests certainly made the most of each one.
Across our three evenings, we welcomed hundreds of motorcycles through our doors, enjoyed some fantastic weather, met some brilliant people and saw an incredible variety of machines. We were also delighted to continue our support for Devon Air Ambulance, with their team on-site at each event collecting donations from our generous riders and guests.
April – A Flying Start to the 2026 Season
Our opening Bike Night in April got the year off to a spectacular start. Blessed with beautiful spring sunshine, we welcomed more than 800 motorcycles to Bridge Motorcycles. The turnout exceeded all expectations, with the dealership car park quickly filling up and bikes spilling out beyond it.
There was something for everyone to enjoy, with an incredible variety of motorcycles on display and plenty of opportunities to catch up with fellow riders. One of the highlights was the return of Steve and his impressive collection of lovingly restored Yamaha two-stroke machines. Not only did these bikes look fantastic, but they sounded every bit as good as they did when they first rolled out of the factory.
We were also joined by Oxford Products, who were on hand with some free merchandise, while Alpinestars showcased its soon-to-be-released Tech SR7 helmet and took pre-orders from interested riders. MTS Rider Training set up outside the Honda showroom, answering questions and chatting to riders about all things training, while our friends from Devon Advanced Motorcyclists (DAM) were also on hand throughout the evening.
And, of course, no Bike Night would be complete without something good to eat. Café 53 was buzzing throughout the evening, keeping riders and guests fuelled with a great selection of food and drinks. It was an incredible start to the season and a clear indication that the appetite for Bike Night was as strong as ever.
June – Heat, Bikes and Racing Stories
Our second Bike Night of the year arrived in June, bringing with it some seriously warm weather. With temperatures climbing into the mid-30s and the threat of thunderstorms later in the evening, we weren't quite sure what sort of turnout to expect. Once again, you didn't disappoint. More than 250 motorcycles made their way to the dealership, filling the site with bikes and riders despite the challenging conditions.
We were particularly pleased to welcome Harrison Dessoy from PHR Performance Racing, who joined us to share his experiences and insights into the World Sport Bike Championship. It was a great opportunity for racing fans to hear more about the world of competitive motorcycle racing directly from someone involved in it.
Steve Pellant was also back with his superb collection of restored Yamaha two-strokes. Our friends from Devon Advanced Motorcyclists once again joined us, continuing the important work of talking to riders and promoting safer motorcycling. Despite the heat and the looming weather, it was another thoroughly enjoyable evening.
August – A Brilliant Finale
Our final Bike Night of 2026 rounded off the season in style. With late-summer sunshine providing the perfect backdrop, around 500 riders joined us for an evening packed with fantastic motorcycles, great conversations and the relaxed atmosphere that has become such a big part of our Bike Nights.
Once again, the variety of motorcycles on display was fantastic, with everything from modern machines to much-loved classics providing plenty for riders to admire. We were also delighted to be joined by some great friends from the motorcycle industry. A huge thank you goes to Shoei Helmets UK, Oxford Products Ltd, Alpinestars and Bull-it Jeans for joining us and helping to make the evening such a success.
As with every Bike Night this year, Devon Air Ambulance was also on-site collecting donations. The generosity of our riders and guests has once again shown just how willing the motorcycling community is to support such an important local service.

We are currently waiting for confirmation of the final amount raised during our 2026 Bike Nights and will share the total with you as soon as we have it. Whatever the final figure, it is only possible because of the generosity of everyone who attended, donated, and helped spread the word.

Although we only managed three Bike Nights at Bridge Motorcycles in 2026 due to our busy external events calendar, the response across all three evenings has been fantastic. A huge thank you goes to everyone who brought their bike along, everyone who came to have a look around, our industry partners and exhibitors, Devon Advanced Motorcyclists, Café 53, Devon Air Ambulance and everyone else who helped make our Bike Nights possible. Most of all, thank you to you—our riders, customers and friends—for continuing to make these evenings such a special part of the Bridge Motorcycles calendar. We hope you've enjoyed the 2026 Bike Nights as much as we have.
