The ZX-6R is a favourite of both road and track riders as it is a perfect blend of power, performance and poise. At the heart of the ZX-6R is Kawasaki’s iconic 636cc 4-stroke in-line four. It also comes equipped with a quick-shifter, adjustable shift light, Showa SFF big piston forks and Monobloc calipers.
The ZX-6R has been heavily inspired by its bigger brothers: the World Superbike Championship winning ZX-10RR and the monstrous super charged Ninja H2, not only in the looks department but also in the technology that has been packed in.

The ZX-6R has not been updated for Euro5 compliancy so this is likely to be our last ZX-6R (at least for some time), so we though ‘what could we do to see this epic Supersport machine out with a bang?’. We thought it would only be fitting to see it off in its highest spec, the ZX-6R Performance.
The main high light of the Performance edition is a stunning road legal carbon Akrapovič end can. The addition of this exhaust not only reduces weight but also improves your riding soundtrack. The Performance edition also comes with the inclusion of a racing seat cowl, tank pad and knee protectors.
